Welcome Joyce Bradfield to Our Kuper Family in San Antonio

Joyce began her real estate career in 1980 when her friend Susan Hallmark said, "As much as you enjoy looking at houses with me - why don't you get your real estate license?” When she wasn’t out looking at houses and building what would inevitably become a one-of-a-kind real estate portfolio, you could find Joyce playing tennis at Canyon Creek Country Club five days a week, and spending her other free time at Southwest Craft Center in the ceramics studio. That was over 35 years ago and as they say, "the rest is history.” 

Joyce and Susan founded a legendary real estate company and, through that growth, she has received nearly every award the industry offers. Joyce has always been involved in many philanthropic organizations; KLRN, Children's Fine Arts Series, San Antonio Conservation Society, American Heart Association to name just a few. Her husband Boyd Bradfield was also in real estate - developing Stone Oak with Dan Parman, Paul Markey, and Bernard Lifshutz. Joyce has two children, Kristy Bradfield Petlin, also a Realtor at Kuper, and her husband Alan, as well as Jay Bradfield and his wife Sue. She has five lovely grandchildren; Kelly, Michelle, Jordan, Kayla & Ali and great-grandchildren, Peyton, Lennon & Wesley.

Joyce has always been known for her quality of service, and through that built long-lasting relationships with her clients and their families.
