The Arts Residences in downtown San Antonio has officially sold out by Kuper Sotheby's International Realty #1 San Antonio team, Karla Dupre and Stephanie Rinn. The 59 luxury residences above the Thompson Hotel began selling before ground was broken in the summer of 2017, and the last penthouse was recently sold just five years later. The units ranged anywhere from $400,000 to $4,250,000, with the largest unit spanning over 5,000 square feet. The Arts Residences, listed by Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty, is the only multi-residential building in San Antonio to sell out with the same real estate brokerage firm from start to finish.
Acho Azuike, Chief Operations Officer with DC Partners, states, "the Arts Residences is at the epicenter of San Antonio's cultural district and set the stage for the resurgence of people and businesses returning to downtown. The development was the fastest selling project to date in the region, and the local response and excitement from day one was extraordinary. The Kuper Sotheby's International Realty team was pivotal from the beginning to end in our success of selling out The Arts."
The Arts was one of the most successful projects of its kind in San Antonio. Due to the booming real estate market in San Antonio and Kuper Sotheby's International Realty's determination, even during covid, The Arts Residences are now all officially occupied.
Karla and Stephanie are now handling most of the resales in The Arts Residence. Learn more about the agents that were in charge of this unique sale.
